I spent a really comfortable time here, would definitely recommend to anyone. Quiet room, an electric kettle, central heating, and TV were a nice surprise. - Everything was great, and the breakfast was absolutely superb and excellent with real porridge.

This place is well-appointed with lovely decor, has a magnificent location, and is really close to restaurants, perfect for exploring the area.

The breakfast was awesome and excellent, with real porridge and the staff was outstandingly accommodating. The location was marvellous to the Birnam walking trails, close to a bus stop. Also, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from Birnam Oak.

Had a quite comfortable stay in a very interesting town and would have stayed for longer. Great and gorgeous location, we were close to the centre of the village. Moreover, the hotel was within a 15-minute walk from Tay Forest District.

We had a superb and sensational breakfast with real porridge, for all tastes. Its location was gorgeous, short walk to the restaurants and the Cathedral. - the center of Dunkeld where the restaurants and the Cathedral are and into Dunkeld over the Tay bridge.

I had a really nice stay in a very interesting town. I got awesome and sensational breakfast with fruit and fresh coffee, for example. I loved the room, the bed was very comfy. The staff was excellent, just as I expected.
